Meet Jadine Yarde, a versatile business strategist, entrepreneur, and creative who has become a sought-after figure in the global business arena. Since making her entry into the business sector in 2012, Jadine has worked with organizations across the Caribbean, United Kingdom, and the United States, leaving a trail of success everywhere she goes. Her experience isn't just limited to the private sector - Jadine has also contributed her skills and expertise to non-profit organizations.
Jadine's journey started after graduating from St. John's University in New York with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and a minor in Chinese. Combining her love for music with her business acumen, Jadine founded J. Ventures International in 2014, and subsequently relocated to Barbados. As the President of J. Ventures International, Jadine has become a mentor for young women entering the entertainment sector, launching the careers of successful musicians, models, photographers, and managers alike.
Jadine has earned recognition within the regional and international business, tourism, and entertainment industry for her instrumental role in planning, marketing, and staging high-quality concerts, festivals, and retreats. Her work with artists and in the event management space is often praised by consumers, which is a testament to her passion for delivering excellence. Jadine was also a co-creator of Limitless Concierge Service, which provides tailored experiences in the Caribbean.
In 2020, Jadine assumed the role of CEO of the Nevis Tourism Authority, where she steered its course during challenging and unprecedented times. In 2022, Jadine returned to her role as President of J. Ventures International, where she is dedicated to inspiring underrepresented people in business to reach their full potential. Jadine's contributions to the business and creative spaces continue to inspire and empower the next generation of business leaders.
